Counselor
Location: Delhi NCR

Requirements:

-Provide pre-sales counselling and advise the students regarding admission services (Bachelor degree/MBA/MIM/Law) and test prep.
-Achieve enrollment as well as collection targets for Bachelor degree/MBA/MIM/Law admission consulting enrollments.
-Generate walk-ins from telephonic leads, leads for other sources and referrals.
-Mobilize the student groups for Career Launcher initiatives and programmes
-Responsible for operations processes / formalities at the center.
-Responsible for driving business for the assigned center.
-Hard core sales with generating walk-ins at center through ATL promotion and local marketing.
-Proactively up-selling and cross-selling relevant products.
-Comply with the batch plan and effectively communicate the schedule of batches to students and parents.
-Capturing accurate client information on inquiry form and timely entering the same in the system.
-Ensure KYC compliance of the enrolled students.
-Proper maintenance of inventory and timely issue of kits to students.
-Share information on various courses, test prep products, application process, and deadline on a proactive basis.
