Profile Description:
The job holder will be responsible for generating sales and maintain relationship with new and existing
customers. Reaching the targets and goals set for the month. Establishing, maintaining and expanding
your customer base. Follow up on the database / leads provided by company.
Key Responsibilities:
 Convert leads into sales.
 Responsible to establish productive, professional relationship with key personnel of customers.
 Responsible for all operations, customer servicing and customer retention activities for
customers.
 Responsible to drive business generation initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly
targets.
 Responsible for business tracking, analyzing and reporting business results at desired and
periodic intervals to reporting authority.

Skills & Qualifications Required
 Fresher to max 2 years of experience
 Good communication & understanding skills
 Knowledge of MS Excel
 Exceptional selling & negotiation skills.
 Good networking skills and relationship management skills.
 Organized, self-discipline and pro-active.
 Strong analytical skills, problem solving and decision making skills.

Profile Description:
We are currently looking to hire an energetic, highly motivated, can-do attitude individual who enjoys
networking and establishing relationships to join our team as Relationship Manager. In this role, you will
be responsible for developing and implementing commercial and strategic relationships with
organizations/ associations in accordance with company's overarching objective, goals and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Has to do cold calling, create the data base and fix meeting with the partners.
2. Keep a great ongoing relationship with current and new partners and offer new ways to grow the
partnership.
3. Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective partners.
4. Has to participate and deliver multiple presentation.
5. Out of the box thinking to come up with creative solutions and ways of partnering and adding value
6. Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company’s contract guidelines and policies.
7. Collaborating with management on achieving targeted goals

Key Requirements:
● You have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
● You have prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic
partnerships.
